Bryan is a passionate, results-driven fitness professional with over five years of experience in the industry. At 38, he’s not just teaching fitness — he’s living it. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, Bryan combines expert knowledge with real-world experience to help clients achieve their best selves.
Outside of coaching, Bryan leads an active lifestyle — hiking rugged trails, skiing challenging slopes, and pounding the pavement in races from 5Ks and 10Ks to his recently completed half marathon. He’s also competed in DEKA Strong, DEKA Mile, and DEKA Fit events, bringing that same grit and determination to his training sessions.
